Muscle Therapy
Our muscle therapy uses high quality plant extracts and as we use up to 10 litres per horse you can understand that this is not a cheap process. For a single therapy a horse would usually need to be here for at least 2 months at a cost of £250 per week. For more complex cases a 3-month period is more usual. We do try to make arrangements where possible so if you want to have your horse sorted out but it is just a matter of money then talk to us and it may be possible to arrange something.
Horsemanship mini-Courses
We take a maximum of 2 people on these 1-3 day courses which are designed individually. 1 day is £150, 2 days is £135 per day and 3 days is £120 per day. Each day is roughly 9-12 and 14.00-17.00. Each client is encouraged to bring their own horse in order to get the maximum benefit from the course. There is an additional charge of £25 per day per horse which includes hay and bedding. Please bring your own feed. Stables should be skipped out and left ready for the next horse.
Starting/Breaking/Backing
Prices start at £160 per week all-inclusive depending on the age and state the horse is in. More challenging horses or requriements will be charged at a higher (negotiated) rate. Starting can take anything from a week or 2 to a month or more depending on the age of the horse, its upbringing and what is expected. Do you want it fully traffic-trained or just be able to get on it without being bucked off?
Riding Lessons
We provide riding lessons for riders of all abilities and ages. You must bring your own horse. We have plenty of space for parking and both an indoor and outdoor arena. We also have stables for your horse whilst waiting. Lessons start at £35 per hour or part thereof. Children (under 16) are £25 per hour.
Cart Training
A standard fee of £200 per week is payable weekly in advance. How much time it takes is dependent on the horse and the exact requirements of the client.
Livery
Full livery is £140 per week payable 4 weekly in advance with a month's notice in advance.
Please note: Worming, shoeing and any vet's fees that may be required are recharged at cost and are not included.
Riding hats must be worn for riding and lessons must be on your own horse. No responsibility can be taken for injuries to the rider or horse during training, riding or therapy. All horses and riders must be insured to the satisfaction of the owner and responsible person. We only have 3rd party cover.
All rates may change without notice and all invoices are payable weekly, fortnightly or monthly in advance. No refund is given for part weeks. Cheques are accepted made payable to Samsara Equitation Ltd or via BACS details for which are sort code: 40-23-24, a/c 61399330.
