Pressure from the saddle

In the places where there is pressure first apply a pressure bandage with a solution of silver nitrate (otherwise known as the 'Infernal Stone') and possibly also treat with Healing Clay and Arnica tincture. Apply Samsara Wound Cream twice a day.
